Pork patties on a table.
Image Credit: Nizas/iStock/Getty Images Whether you make pork patties from fresh ground pork or buy the pre-made version, the cooking instructions are the same. The goal is to cook pork patties to a safe level without sacrificing quality. They should remain moist and juicy, not dried out and overcooked. If you watch the patties carefully and turn them at the correct interval, while making sure to monitor their internal temperature, your pork patties should turn out perfectly. Purchase pork tenderloin and have it ground for a leaner pork option and serve the cooked patties on a whole wheat bun, to make the patties part of a healthy meal.
