Cooking times are determined by thickness, so take note of the size of your sausage patties or links.

Step 1

Remove the dome on the NuWave Oven and place your sausage patties and links on the cooking rack, which should be on top of the pan liner.

Place the dome back.

Step 3

Enter the cooking time for the sausages on the oven’s timer in hours and minutes, if appropriate. Sausage that is 1 inch thick should take between eight and 10 minutes total time to cook.

Determine the appropriate level of power; it would be best to cook sausage at the highest level, or level 10, which is equivalent to 350 degrees F.

Step 5

Press the “Start” button to begin the cooking process.

Push the “Pause” button halfway through the cooking time and turn the sausage links or patties over.

End the cooking process when the sausages are ready by pressing the “Pause” button twice.

Step 8

Remove the top dome and serve the sausage.
