A 6-inch Subway cold cut combo on wheat bread contains 410 calories. Adding two triangles of processed American cheese brings the count up by 40 calories. Two half-circles of provolone bring your total to 460 calories. Regular mayonnaise adds 110 calories per tbsp., compared to 55 calories for light mayonnaise and 5 calories for yellow or brown mustard.

There are 6 g of saturated fat, 0.5 g of trans fat and 16 total fat grams in a Subway cold cut combo before you add cheese or mayo.
